Meet Calder

Meet Calder Ó Faoláin, an Earth Fae just trying to navigate his life, which currently finds him in Kansas City, running his family’s woodworking business, Clíodhna Wood Artistry. He enjoys the work and he loves his shape-shifting familiar, Lir, but if he could find a way to avoid his overbearing older brother, Liam, he wouldn’t complain. His other brothers, the twins Conor and Riley, are a little easier to take, but he still prefers when it’s just him and Lir.

When Liam convinces him to host a poker tournament for his family’s charity, Calder finds himself regretting it almost immediately. Until, that is, he spots the gorgeous little redhead with the luminous silver eyes on the catering staff. He is immediately entranced and finds himself nearly stalking her. When Liam notices, he has pity and sends Conor to relieve him. Calder finally tracks her down, only to discover that not only is she trying to steal from him, she also has a secret…just like him.

Now he’s torn between trusting this amazing, fiery redhead, who has elicited a weird, but undeniable urge to protect her, and the safe choice…keeping his secret buried in the shadows.
